Lara’s well-rounded background spans retail, manufacturing, and market research, giving her a unique cross-industry perspective on how businesses work (and where they get stuck). She began her career in fashion retail, holding multiple buying roles at Abraham & Straus and Lord & Taylor, before transitioning into market research and insights with The NPD Group and Warnaco. Since 2011, she has built deep expertise in operational leadership, standing up governance frameworks, scaling global processes, and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for some of the largest market research firms in the U.S.
